AC Propulsion Shock Absorbers Comfort Pro Series (Mono Tube)
Upgrade your off-road performance with AC Propulsion Shock Absorbers, developed under the same engineering standards as K-MAN Suspension. Designed for Tank 300, Tank 300 HEV, Tank 500, and Haval H9, this system delivers balanced comfort, control, and durability across all terrains.
These monotube shocks feature a factory preset 1.5-inch lift, providing improved ground clearance and a more aggressive off-road stance. If preferred, a non-lift version is also available to meet your specific driving needs.
Built with the NVS (Non-linear Valve System) — an exclusive technology from K-MAN Group, the shocks automatically adjust damping force according to piston speed. This ensures optimal balance between comfort and handling performance, without the need for manual adjustment.

Monotube Design
Compared with twin-tube shock absorbers, the monotube structure uses a single working chamber, allowing faster heat dissipation and reducing the risk of overheating. Ideal for continuous high-load off-road conditions.
Gas-Oil Separation
A floating piston completely separates gas and oil to prevent foaming and damping fade, ensuring stable and consistent performance during long-term operation.
Flexible Installation
Can be installed in an inverted position, providing more layout flexibility and reducing unsprung weight — improving suspension control and ride comfort.
Large-Diameter Piston and Piston Rod
The larger piston enhances anti-roll capability and cornering stability, while the thicker piston rod improves bending resistance and safety under extreme driving conditions.
Reservoir Tube
The inner wall is honed for precision and surface smoothness. A cross-hatched texture retains oil film, reduces wear, and extends the service life of pistons and seals.
Sealing System
Uses NOK (Japan) oil seals for reliability and a dual dust-seal design to prevent mud, sand, and debris intrusion in harsh environments.
Piston Rod
Features micro-crack hard chrome plating (40–50 μm, hardness > HV1000). The dense network of over 800 micro-cracks/cm² helps retain oil film, reduces friction, and prolongs component life.
Lightweight Design
The mounting base and spring seat are made from high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy, reducing weight while maintaining rigidity for better suspension response.
NVS Non-Linear Valve System
Automatically adjusts damping according to piston movement speed, providing adaptive performance that balances comfort and control.
